I had my second to last nutrition appointment this morning. My next one is scheduled next month, and that’s my final appointment before everything is sent to insurance for approval. Still looking at an October surgery.
Only problem is, I gained the 3 pounds back that I lost last month. I’m not surprised. But the nutritionist did say that she wants me to lose more weight before the next appointment, or the doctor may start having concerns. Not necessarily a bad thing. But she also wants me to start my pre-op diet -now-, which is going to be difficult.
So not horrible news, but not encouraging or good news either.
The thing I’m worried about most regarding this particular part is how much of a price difference is this going to make in my groceries. Is it going to be more expensive? Is it going to be less expensive because I am eating less? I dunno, there’s not alot of wiggle room in my budget right now.
